King's International Staffing was founded in 2017, by Charon King, who set out on a mission to provide second-chance employment opportunities for men and women seeking a career to support the betterment of their lives. Through hard work and dedication, King's International Staffing became Arizona's number one second chance staffing agency, and provided more than 200 men and women with the opportunity at securing a new career.
King's International Staffing provides traditional and second-chance staffing to small and large corporations looking to hire quality candidates. Personally guaranteeing each of their employees with a $2m Theft, Loss, and Damage plan, King's strives to remain the best by hiring and maintaining some of the most intelligent and dedicated employees around. We are on a mission to end criminal background stigma's and provide men and women with a chance to right their wrong's and move forward into their second chance.
Employers that choose to work with King's International are eligible to receive up to $9,600 in tax credits, annually, and are featured in our Social Impact Newsletter that is published monthly on all media outlets. In choosing to partner with King's, employers eliminate the human resources hassle of recruiting and maintaining quality employees, and get the direct opportunity to screen quality candidates for employment, prior to hiring them. This way, employers find invaluable candidates without the hassle of having to conduct a hiring process and screen on t heir own.
Each King's employee is diligently screened and background tested, to e sure that each of our employers receive high quality referrals at each request. Candidates are given monthly check-in meetings within King's to be sure they are preforming to their best of their ability and are both happy and functioning appropriately on the job. This way, employers are staffed with satisfied and committed employees every time.

Once you have requested to work with King's, we match your position with our candidates most interested in your position. We review your employee handbook and code of conduct with the individual and thoroughly screen to be sure that they are the right fit for your agency.
Aptitude and Reliability Testing
Prior to the employee's first day with your business, we preform aptitude and reliability training courses and test to be sure that they are a candidate that you can depend on. Once they've passed the testing with a 90% or better, we prepare them for their first day of work.
Sustainability Check-In Meetings
Once the employee has started with your business, we follow up bi-weekly to be sure of their happiness with the position and your satisfaction with the employee. We strive for a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our employees and are dedicated to maintaining an open line of communication and matching the perfect candidates to your position.
